Each spring the Union City Rotary Club holds its annual maple syrup fundraiser to support youth organizations. From trees within Union City, volunteers collect thousands of gallons of sap and cooked it down into pure maple syrup. The sale of maple syrup is the Rotary's largest fundraiser. |
